Tiffany Bulowski
Tiffany’s love for construction and design began early in life. She was raised by multiple generations of general contractors—her papa and her dad—and a mother who loved reinventing their home every few months. Creativity and craftsmanship were simply part of her upbringing.
This foundation sparked her appreciation for both structure and style. Tiffany went on to earn a degree in Visual Design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) and later received a Marketing degree from Regent’s University in London. Her career began with Limited Inc., then the largest retailer in the nation, where she helped design and open new stores across the country. She later transitioned into Human Capital Management and Workforce Solutions, spending 29 years as an executive building teams, strategies, and scalable business environments.
Even during her corporate career, Tiffany’s passion for design never faded. She consistently found herself assisting friends, family, and neighbors with remodels and home projects—often hearing, “You’re so talented, why didn’t you stay in design?”

Though her career had taken priority, profound personal loss in recent years reminded her how short life is—and that passion deserves a place at the forefront.
Reconnecting with what brought her genuine joy, Tiffany returned to creating beautiful, functional spaces. She teamed up with one of her favorite contractors (besides her dad, of course), Steve. Over the past 15 years, the two have collaborated on projects both big and small—always having fun and always taking pride in the results.
And that’s how ADU-Builds was born: out of shared passion, decades of experience, and a belief that thoughtful design and quality construction can truly enhance the way people live. Together, Tiffany and Steve are proud to bring something special and intentional to the Orange County market.
Steve Pope
Steve Pope’s journey in construction started at ground level—literally. Beginning as a laborer on residential roofing crews, he quickly earned a reputation for hard work, reliability, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
After gaining hands-on experience across multiple Orange County roofing companies and mastering a variety of roofing systems, Steve took the leap into entrepreneurship. In 1999, he founded In-Line Roofing, building the company on three core principles: quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. The business thrived for nearly a decade, serving homeowners and builders throughout Southern California. When the 2008 recession hit, Steve didn’t sit still—he reinvented himself. In 2009, he returned to school, passed the California General Contractor exam, and expanded the business into In-Line General Contractor, offering full-service construction solutions.
Today, more than 25 years later, Steve continues to lead a trusted construction firm known for high-end workmanship, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.

Most recently, Steve partnered with longtime friend Tiffany to launch ADU-BUILDS, a dedicated division of In-Line specializing in Accessory Dwelling Units and modern small-space living solutions.
