Process & Methodology at ADU-Builds
1. Book a Free Consultation
We will explore your options and find the perfect solution.
2. Design and Preparation
ADU-Builds team will complete a site inspection and decide on the best customized architectural plans and a detailed scope of work with a cost estimate.
3. Plans Submitted for City Approval
Our team manages the entire process, including any necessary adjustments to the plans.
4. Once Approved, We Start Construction
Our licensed contractor gives a final construction quote based on approved plans. Once agreed upon, construction starts.
5. All Finishes, Agreed Upon
Our lead designer will come with flooring, cabinetry, tile, and all finishes to be agreed upon.
6. Communication at Every Step
At the end of every week, we have an in-person meeting, or an email/text will be sent out if the owners aren’t available.
7. Completed ADU
Your ADU build is now complete.
8. ADU-Builds Curation
Our last step is optional, but we offer a full, intentionally and thoughtfully designed space. (The process of selecting, organizing, and presenting)
